Optics & Electromagnetics Intern - Remote

Overview

Silvaco is seeking talented and motivated interns to provide additional resources to our Computational Lithography Solutions team. This internship offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art computational lithography tools and workflows, providing exposure to model calibration, mask optimization, and large-scale proximity pattern correction (PPC).

Requirements

• Working toward a PhD in Computer Science, Math, or Physics.
• Good knowledge of optics/electromagnetics and optimization concepts.
• Knowledge of GPU development using CUDA libraries.
• Programming skills in C++, TCL, and Python.
• Strong communication skills in English (preferred).
• Team player with layout design concepts knowledge.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (preferred).
