Overview

Silvaco is looking for a Senior GPU Software Engineer to join our HPC team and develop high-performance computational products within the TCAD group.

Requirements

• MSc or Ph.D. in Computational Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics.
• Hands-on experience in computational plasma physics.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with MPI and parallel programming.
• Familiarity with CUDA and device-based computing.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong mathematical fundamentals and numerical methods knowledge.
• Experience with discretization methods.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
