Senior Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Senior Field Service Technician will perform installation, service, and training for various industrial equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

In Short

• Install and provide service for general-purpose industrial equipment.
• Daily travel with frequent overnight stays required.
• Document service activities and expenses accurately.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians.
• Maintain effective customer relationships.
• Conduct training programs for maintenance and repair.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and service bulletins.
• Assist in inventory sourcing and parts management.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Technical College Degree.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Desirable: Professional courses in electrical, mechanical, or automation.
