Overview

The Senior Field Service Technician will perform installation, service, and training for a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety protocols.

In Short

Fully remote position, must be based in the Salt Lake City, UT area.
Perform installation and service on general-purpose equipment.
Daily travel required with frequent overnight stays.
Document service activities and expenses accurately.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
Provide technical support and training to technicians.
Maintain effective customer relationships.
Intermediate knowledge of PLC for troubleshooting.
Design and conduct training programs for maintenance.

Requirements

High School Degree or Technical College Degree.
4-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable: Professional courses in electrical or mechanical fields.
