Overview

An entrepreneurial Account Executive seeking to join a high-performing, mission-driven team of sales professionals at Signal Vine, the leading AI-powered messaging platform in the higher education market.

In Short

  • Manage a robust single department or multi-department sale with a 3-6 month purchasing cycle.
  • Execute on a defined territory plan with specific targets to meet performance goals.
  • Generate a robust pipeline to ensure meeting sales goals.
  • Articulate how Signal Vine drives engagement and solves business problems in education.
  • Deliver compelling executive and VP-level product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Navigate unique customer procurement processes, negotiate, and close contracts.
  • Update and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Represent company at industry events and customer locations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-6 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales quota.
  • Ability to solve problems on the fly to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Startup experience and familiarity with EdTech is a plus.
