Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Sigma Computing, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers maximize the value from our cloud-based analytics platform, focusing on improving Net Dollar Retention through strategic account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS or analytics.
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • ETL experience.
  • Experience implementing business intelligence solutions.
  • Startup experience preferred.
