Overview

We are seeking a Sales Onboarding and Enablement Specialist (Contractor) to support our global onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring our GTM teams ramp up quickly, effectively, and confidently.

In Short

  • Manage and expand global sales onboarding.
  • Conduct quarterly onboarding boot camps for GTM teams.
  • Develop onboarding playbooks, welcome kits, and guided learning paths.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs such as time-to-first-meeting and time-to-first-deal.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks to keep enablement content updated and accessible.
  • Produce engaging content, newsletters, and Slack posts.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue operations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with enablement or learning platforms like Absorb, Confluence, and Gong.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom and Google Suite.
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience collecting or analyzing training-related metrics.
