Overview

As a Field Service Technician II, you will perform maintenance and technical support on products at customer and field locations, ensuring effective operations and customer training.

In Short

  • Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment and software.
  • Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify products.
  • Update and track status of field-related equipment.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Provide onsite training for customers.
  • Frequent travel outside the continental US required.
  • Ability to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to various OCONUS locations.
  • Must obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Work extended hours, holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of technical schematics and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Reliable transportation to work locations.
  • Experience with FCC or FCC GROL preferred.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
  • Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification preferred.
