The Limited Term Human Resources Generalist is a trusted, versatile HR professional responsible for supporting a broad range of human resources functions across the employee life cycle, delivering operational excellence and a human-centered employee experience.

In Short

• Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA and ADA.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
• Lead Workers’ Compensation claims administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide guidance on workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Advanced experience with California leave of absence programs.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and employee relations practices.
• Professional HR certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Commitment to equity and inclusion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
