Overview

The Player Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting player service operations, including language translation and responding to player issues.

In Short

  • Support the Player service operations including evaluating, monitoring, and analyzing results.
  • Implement changes based on analysis of player service operations.
  • Perform JP-EN and EN-JP language translation and proofreading.
  • Respond to player issues via chat and email.
  • Assist with password resets and other player inquiries.
  • Work during the night shift from 3AM to 12PM.
  • Available to support players 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
  • Shift work required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Experience in customer service or player support.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Proficiency in handling chat and email support.
