Player Support Representative (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

Join our team as a Tier-1 Player Support Representative. You will be part of a team providing chat and email customer and TECHNICAL SUPPORT for gamers by maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards players and delivering high level of experience.

In Short

• Part-time role with flexible shifts based on availability.
• Service duration spans six months.
• Paid pre-project training required.
• Refresher training every X weeks/days without compensation.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 hours daily or 30 to 40 hours weekly required.
• Must complete pre-project training and one-week nesting period.
• Respond to player inquiries via email and chat.
• Resolve player complaints and troubleshoot effectively.
• Maintain average handle time of 8 minutes on email and 12 minutes on chat.
• Participate in daily pre-shift huddles/meetings.

Requirements

• Understanding of troubleshooting product features and functionalities.
• Experience in technical-oriented customer service.
• Ability to conduct research on game software and hardware trends.
