Overview

The Technical Support Engineer III will serve as an Atlassian Administrator with advanced proficiency in Jira Service Management, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite.

In Short

  • Translating business requirements into Jira Service Management solutions.
  • Providing end user support for Atlassian products.
  • Creating JSM projects, queries, reports, and dashboards.
  • Developing JSM workflows and notification schemes.
  • Maintaining automations in Atlassian products.
  • Configuring and managing development sandboxes.
  • Installing and configuring plugins to extend JSM capabilities.
  • Building dashboards and supporting JSM configurations.
  • Additional duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience interacting with customers.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Jira Administrator.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Passion for providing legendary customer service.
  • Ability to self-organize and adapt quickly.
  • Basic understanding of Java and SQL.
  • Preferred experience with Scriptrunner.
