Shift Markets is seeking a Junior Financial Operations Associate to join our financial operations team, interfacing with our Southeast Asia team while working remotely from the Americas or Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
• Finance Operations related experience.
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
