Financial Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Financial Operations Associate to join our remote-first team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in invoicing, reconciliation, and operational accounting—particularly within the healthcare or medical sector.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and South America, ensuring accurate, timely financial processing in a fast-moving environment. Precision, communication, and a strong grasp of financial tools are essential.

In Short

• Review and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and consistency
• Reconcile financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable documentation
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local financial regulations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and reporting tasks
• Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all transactions
• Utilize financial and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Prior experience in the medical or healthcare industry (required)
• Strong track record in invoice processing and financial administration
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in accounting tools and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus)
