• Develop and maintain a roadmap for the perpetual futures trading platform.
• Work alongside developers to implement advanced trading features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product development.

• Define and communicate product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct competitive analysis of DeFi perpetual trading platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in blockchain, DeFi, or financial technology.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi trading systems.
• Familiarity with on-chain trading platforms.
• Experience designing trading-related features.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the FX or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience.
