Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree.
• Active pharmacist licensure required.
• 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of specialty medications and chronic disease states.
• Ability to analyze information and exercise good judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Ability to motivate and coach patients.
