Talent Acquisition and HR Partner - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition and local HR Partner, you will work closely with the country manager and team to optimize the work environment for the team’s needs.

In Short

• Build strong relationships and act as the HR's point of contact to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Be the trust HR advisor for the local site manager.
• Work closely with managers, the departmental HRBPs and the HR team to increase productivity, hiring and retention.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels to build a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through online presence and recruitment events.
• Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth and ensure compliance.
• Lead local HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition / recruitment.
• At least 2 years' experience in HR within a tech-organization.
• Organized, with attention to details.
• Able to work in a start-up environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
• Multi-tasker as an understatement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and writing skills.
