As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead at Shield, you will establish a culture of excellence within the SRE team, mentor team members, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in site reliability or platform engineering.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization.
• Experience with the Prometheus stack.
• Ability to code in Python or Go.
• Strong automation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services.
