Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Senior Support Engineer with substantial technology experience to join our managed services provider team. This is a 100% remote position with multiple shifts available, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

In Short

  • Provide expert-level support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and document customer interactions.
  • Participate in client projects and onboarding, which may require travel.
  • Provide on-call support during weekends and holidays.
  • Resolve most issues independently and mentor junior team members.
  • Follow company-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with networking technologies and Microsoft services.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX are desirable.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently in a remote environment.
