Business Intelligence Architect - Remote

Overview

The Business Intelligence Architect will lead the development of Shield Technology Partners’ centralized data and analytics platform, enabling smarter decision-making across Shield and its MSP partners.

In Short

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Shield’s centralized data and analytics architecture.
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards providing real-time insights across key business areas.
• Integrate and normalize data from multiple platforms for unified reporting.
• Partner with technology leadership to ensure a scalable and secure analytics infrastructure.
• Develop reporting and visualization tools for informed decision-making.
• Support local partners in building custom dashboards within their PSA platforms.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Proven success building and scaling centralized analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and modern BI tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud-based data environments.
• Experience integrating data from enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
