Overview

We are looking for a full-time Groups Service Coordinator with personable communication skills and a strong work ethic to join our team. Our client is a Tour Operator and part of a Travel Group which is a collection of award-winning travel brands with the common goal of creating amazing destination celebrations worldwide.

In Short

  • Build relationships within the organization (resorts/travel agents/sales representatives)
  • Manage all points of the group from contracting through time of travel
  • Process room block changes, update reservations, cancellations, and load group product rates
  • Ensure all group deadlines such as deposits, final payments, and rooming lists are met
  • Finalize accounting details of the group
  • Assist with amendments/addendums for group contracts
  • Process refund requests
  • Learn and understand the product of each hotel vendor
  • Must be very detail-oriented and proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; team-oriented

Requirements

  • Travel experience preferred but not required
  • Provide consistent, dependable, and accurate follow-through with responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and demonstrate good time management
  • Gather appropriate level of information needed to make decisions
  • Escalate issues to upper management when appropriate
  • Fluent in English is a MUST

  • Flexible shift choice from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST OR 9:00am - 5:30pm EST OR 9:30am - 6:00pm EST
