Overview

The Payor Data Analyst at Sharecare is responsible for managing client data, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-related processes to enhance healthcare delivery.

In Short

• Manage client data within Sharecare processes.
• Drive data quality and governance for Audit Data analytics.
• Act as the point of escalation for clients and team members.
• Run reports for internal and external clients.
• Assist with data collection, entry, processing, and delivery.
• Identify data shortfalls and work with teams to improve fidelity.
• Provide operational support to payor engagement managers.
• Prepare, proof, and edit documents and spreadsheets.
• Work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
• Travel within the United States as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL programming languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
