Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

In Short

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to frame testable hypotheses.
• Write concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Map stakeholder goals and manage expectations proactively.
• Advocate for data-driven changes and measure results.
• Build and maintain dashboards and queries for KPI monitoring.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing with product teams.

Requirements

• A university degree with an analytical focus or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 2+ years in an analytical role.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with Python/R for analysis.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to link work to KPIs and recommend actions.
• Proactive ownership of projects and issues.
