Overview

The Care Management Outreach Specialist at Sharecare is responsible for scheduling members for enrollment into care management programs, providing high-quality telephonic and digital enrollment in a virtual call center environment.

In Short

  • Remote position with a start date of December 1, 2025.
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM CST.
  • Compensation is set at $18.00/hour.
  • Utilize automated dialing systems to make outbound calls.
  • Explain the VBCM program and schedule appointments for members.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and communication.
  • Provide clerical support as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and huddles.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience in clinical environments preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and resilience.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
