Overview

As an Outreach & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients to enroll them into Pomelo Care services and educate them on available resources.

In Short

• Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to patients.
• Manage inbound calls from potential patients.
• Achieve member enrollment goals.
• Support patients by answering questions and providing guidance.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Work with families to schedule appointments.
• Participate in training to stay current on healthcare trends.

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm CT.
• Excellent customer service and empathetic communication skills.
• Willing to work some nights and weekends.
• Internet-connected and able to work remotely.
• Passionate about changing the healthcare landscape.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
