Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and help navigate the ever-changing landscape of job recruitment and employee relations.

In Short

Work with VP, Talent to deploy a People strategy.
Conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives.
Provide HR support on various topics.
Promote HR programs for an inclusive workplace.
Facilitate performance management processes.
Assist in annual compensation reviews.
Enhance job satisfaction through various initiatives.
Conduct employee exit interviews.
Gather and analyze HR data and metrics.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent understanding of HR systems and metrics.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Agility in managing multiple projects.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Demonstrated initiative and bias towards action.
Possesses critical thinking skills.
