The Medical Devices Technical Director, Business Assurance, North America, develops a profitable and sustainable medical devices business sector within Business Assurance in US and Canada. Ensures the business sector successfully and sustainability grows operational efficiency and profitability.

In Short

• Conduct medical devices technical file/documentation reviews.
• Assist in the training/onboarding of new Product Assessors.
• Perform observation/witness technical file review assessments.
• Support the development of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Support the recruiting and hiring process.
• Coordinates with Key Account Specialists for timely technical documentation reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries on technical matters.
• Support operational KPIs.
• Identify key growth initiatives.
• Deliver training and support training material development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Operations or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Medical Devices.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced English language skills; French preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze financial indicators.
