Supervisor of Physico-Chemical Quality Control - Remote

SGS is the global leader in inspection, control, analysis, and certification. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor in Physico-Chemical Quality Control to manage our laboratory in Villeneuve La Garenne, France.

In Short

• Manage the QC team, including recruitment and training.
• Implement operational excellence tools and continuous improvement processes.
• Organize and maintain the laboratory's Monography.
• Plan analyses using Visual Planning.
• Ensure productivity, cost management, and timely delivery of laboratory activities.
• Develop team spirit and performance within the Monography team.
• Ensure compliance with BPF and cGMP regulations.
• Resolve analytical issues promptly to serve clients effectively.
• Provide technical support and expertise to the analytical team.
• Participate in Quality and Safety actions based on SGS France Life Services standards.

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Chemistry.
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical quality control analysis.
• Proven team management experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of LIMS and Visual Planning software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
