Overview

The Senior Product Manager maintains technical qualifications for standards and grows market share in collaboration with sales managers, while also conducting training and supporting auditors during on-site audits.

• Performs third-party technical accreditation of the product
• Makes decisions concerning the technical accreditation process
• May perform audits and technical reviews as needed
• Collects and analyzes information for certification recommendations
• Coaches and supports auditors during annual witness on-site audits
• Conducts training for internal resources and sales staff
• Assists customer care with client issues
• Supports sales team by conducting webinars
• Participates in industry trade shows and related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Accreditation or Certification industries
• Possess auditor credentials for applicable standards
• ISO9001, IATF 16949, R2, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• IRCA Registered ISO Management Standard Lead Auditor Certificate
• IRCA Registered ISO 17065 Certificate
• FSC Registered Lead Auditor
• SFI Registered Lead Auditor
• PEFC Registered Lead Auditor
