• Seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager for Business Auto.
• Build a Commercial Auto product focused on business auto fleets.
• Collaborate with a team to turn data analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the end-to-end development process for new product offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment on new features.
• Leverage programming skills for data analysis and pricing plans.
• Monitor product effectiveness and profitability.
• Mentor analysts and provide analytical coaching.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Commercial Auto experience in the Business Auto segment required.
• Strong understanding of insurance product components.
• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with RateFilings.com, SNL, and SERFF.
• CPCU or equivalent insurance designation preferred.
• Good planning, organization, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and state regulations.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a changing team environment.
