Overview

The job involves preparing and executing offers (bids and/or quotes) assigned to the employee, acting as the sole executor and responsible within the parameters and policies of SGS.

In Short

• Prepare and execute offers assigned, acting as the sole executor.
• Structure technical and economic offers, consolidating documents for presentation.
• Request quotes from suppliers when necessary, following company procedures.
• Inform about the evaluation process of the assigned offer and prepare defenses.
• Maintain good relationships with consortium partners during contracting processes.
• Direct contact with clients for clarifications and confirmations.
• Support in identifying business opportunities and executing actions as directed.
• Review assigned proposals before client presentation.
• Enter each bid into the company CRM and keep information updated.
• Prepare follow-up reports on activities performed by KAM.

Requirements

• Academic background: Professional in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4 years in bidding as a professional or proposal structurer.
• Technical knowledge: Proficient in Office, Excel, and bidding platforms.
• Languages: Intermediate English.
