In Short

• Manage contact center channels such as email, phone, WhatsApp, and others.
• Convert leads into business opportunities and assign them to the sales team.
• Follow up on incomplete requirements to close the lead lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the business for inquiries or requirements.
• Ensure effective compliance with established objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes, protocols, and policies.
• Other assigned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales in the industrial sector.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM, ticketing systems, and other applications.
• Intermediate level of Office 365.
• Desirable knowledge of local and international standards.
• Skills in planning, effective communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
