Overview

The Business Head for Min Commodities will develop effective strategies to drive sales and business growth while managing internal operations and ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

• Develop effective sales and business growth strategies.
• Manage internal operations and administration of the business area.

• Oversee support areas (Legal, HR, IT, Finance) to meet business needs.
• Develop and control technical programs based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with Trade & Inspection and Commercial Managers.
• Experience in product/service development and strategic planning.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Requirements

• Formal qualifications in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
• University degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in commercial areas related to mining services.
• Intermediate Office skills and advanced English (written and oral).
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, 17020:2012, ISO 9001).
