Overview

The Billing Assistant will be responsible for the issuance of invoices and ensuring compliance with internal control systems while assisting in month-end closing and audit requirements.

In Short

  • Issuance of invoices based on O2B process.
  • Compile and record billing data.
  • Ensure timely opening of sales orders.
  • Comply with internal control systems.
  • Assist in quality and timing of invoicing.
  • Operate 3rd Party customer web portals.
  • Analyze and issue credit note requests.
  • Monitor open sales orders daily.
  • Assist in month-end closing and audits.
  • Adhere to HSE policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable.
  • Strong team player with good work ethic.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in MS Office applications.
