Overview

The Senior Account Solution Engineer is responsible for understanding client business challenges and presenting technology solutions to build confidence in the company’s technology infrastructure, effectively addressing technical objections in the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Understand and define customer business objectives through discovery calls.
  • Develop a vision for customer future on the Salesforce platform.
  • Configure and demonstrate solutions to showcase business value.
  • Produce deliverables supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide field feedback.
  • Participate in trainings and certifications.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role preferred.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM solutions is beneficial.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and map customer goals to technology solutions.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce or equivalent solutions.
  • Ability to work in varied political environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Solution Engineer or pre-sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Financial Services organizations is a plus.
