Overview

The Senior Solution Engineer plays a crucial role in transforming customer decision-making infrastructure, optimizing and automating complex business decisions while ensuring effective onboarding and value realization from Taktile's platform.

In Short

• Collaborate with partners and customers to design solutions in Taktile's Decisioning Platform.
• Onboard customers' teams to help solve real-world problems using Taktile.
• Translate customer issues into product insights for the product roadmap.
• Create reusable collateral and best practices for solution engineering.
• Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects across different customer journeys.
• Possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with a growth mindset.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and financial services is a plus.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Ability to manage project scope, expectations, and timelines.
• Strong customer-centric approach and curiosity about customer businesses.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Experience in solution engineering or equivalent roles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of statistical and machine learning models is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
