Requirements

• 8+ years of Service Design experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and workshops.
• Proficiency in UX design, art direction, and prototyping.
• Understanding of mobile and web application design.
• Familiarity with design tools like Miro, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with enterprise customers is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in mobile and web UX/UI design is beneficial.
• Product/business strategy experience is a nice-to-have.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation.
