Workflow & Automation Strategist - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Workflow & Automation Strategist — someone who can think strategically, speak clearly with clients, and design automation- and AI-powered solutions that our internal teams can execute on.

In Short

• Join Sales calls or review client requirements to understand workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Run client discovery sessions and translate vague problems into clear requirements.
• Ask smart questions and propose potential AI/automation-based solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows or streamline delivery systems.
• Create solution architecture docs or flowcharts using tools like Whimsical, Notion, or FigJam.
• Design automation flows using Zapier, Make.com, or structured prompts (GPT/OpenAI).
• Write solution briefs, task outlines, and handoff documents for the technical team.
• Ensure solutions are executed as scoped and clarify requirements during build.
• Join launch calls or client onboarding to reinforce delivery quality.
• Help improve handoff flow between Sales → Solutions → Execution.

Requirements

• Experience in solution design or workflow strategy.
• Familiarity with tools like GPT, Make.com, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, etc.
• Ability to work in a fully remote setting.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Capability to document and design workflows effectively.
• Experience in automation and AI tools.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
