Technical Consultant, ITAM Workflow - Remote

Overview

The Technical Consultant, ITAM Workflow will serve as the functional and technical expert in a customer engagement team, consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow ITAM products to drive business outcomes.

• Be the technical expert in configuring ITAM capabilities using ServiceNow best practices.
• Support engagements for ITAM-specific process definition and improvement.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITAM Solution’s standard capabilities.
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM technology.
• Guide customers in completing technical documentation.
• Draft technically-focused user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Provide oversight and training for the customer’s future system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Develop integration components with multiple systems.
• Prepare all customer-facing deliverables focused on technology quality.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and relevant ITAM certifications.
• 1-3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies.
• Ability to consult and influence within ITAM.
• Experience with web technologies and SaaS.
• Strong understanding of ITAM leading practices and related systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
