ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned presales Solution Consultant who is a customer facing domain expert, who drives innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills.

In Short

• Partner with the ERP Transformation Creator Workflows Solution Sales to co-develop a go-to-market strategy.
• Drive the Low Code App Engine for ERP product line.
• Build scenarios to demonstrate the power of combining ERP with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support product sales as a technical and domain ERP Modernization expert.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges.
• Respond to product related architecture and technical questions.
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements.
• Develop and share best practices with other Solution Consultants.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Interact with the ERP community as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management and partners.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building.
• Travel, as necessary.
