Overview

The Customer Outcomes Senior Source to Pay Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to achieve customer outcomes.

In Short

• Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow S2P solutions.
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code.
• Advise customers on ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
