Site Reliability Engineer (Night Shift) - Remote

Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the ServiceNow SRE team focusing on instance performance, reliability and availability. This role requires strong troubleshooting and technical skills, and is based anywhere within the Republic of Ireland.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL driven IT Operations.
• Ability to work 4 days (10 hours) night shift.
• Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience working on Unix/Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of networking skills, IP addressing, and routing.
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues.
• Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.
