Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant, IT Workflow is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and configuring the ServiceNow IT Operations Management products based on configuration best practices.

In Short

• Be the technical expert in configuring IT Operations Management Service Delivery.
• Support IT-specific process definition and improvement.
• Advise customers on ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions.
• Lead customer design workshops.
• Guide customers in documentation and user stories.
• Provide oversight and training for system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project delivery.
• Develop integration and portal components.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables.
• Support sales activities as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Advanced understanding of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration.
• Experience with AMZN API, VMware automation, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud management platforms.
• IT Operations experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITIL/CMDB implementations.
• Scripting skills in various languages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
