Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will be a functional and technical expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team, focusing on consulting with customers and configuring solutions in Finance & Supply Chain and Contracting Operations.

• Serve as a technical expert in optimizing ServiceNow best practices.
• Support customer engagement efforts including process definition and gap analysis.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow solutions to improve processes.
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow technology.
• Guide customers in documentation and user story development.
• Provide oversight and training for customer system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Develop integration and portal components.
• Promote continuous improvement practices.
• Support sales activities when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or similar solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Contracting technologies.
• ServiceNow certifications required (CSA, CAD).
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player with the ability to influence stakeholders.
