Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations role involves consulting with customers to configure ServiceNow Data architecture and integrations, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Work with customers to drive consumption and adoption of ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with integration technologies.
• ServiceNow mainline CIS certification or CAD certification.
• Strong Javascript skills.
• Experience with web services and middleware technologies.
• Ability to consult and influence in complex environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow development capabilities.
• Expertise in data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies (LDAP, VPN, SSL).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform tasks effectively.
