Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant role focuses on consulting with customers to develop and manage custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, aiming to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development tools (ServiceNow, OutSystems, Pega, Salesforce).
• Ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments.
• Strong Javascript skills and experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with data management and database concepts.
• Knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and analytical problem-solver.
• Good presentation and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
