Senior Staff Inbound Security Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Staff Inbound Security Product Manager will establish ServiceNow’s security product management program, enabling developers and non-technical users to build secure applications and workflows.

In Short

• Establish and optimize intake and governance over demand and development.
• Work closely with developers and internal customers to deliver secure product capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to release.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software product management experience.
• 10+ years of business process management and process improvements.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience is highly desired.
• 5+ years of Security or Risk experience is desired.
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience managing or developing AI solutions.
