Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a professional services organization.
• 2+ years experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Management consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Creativity and independence in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and cloud application technology.
• Success in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Preferred ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
• Ability to integrate AI into work processes.
