Overview

The Senior Network Engineer at ServiceNow will design and deploy networks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency while working with various teams to enhance network performance.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 4+ years in networking with a focus on routing, switching, and security.
• Firewall administration experience (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortigate).
• Hands-on experience with load balancers (F5 BigIP, NGINX).
• Experience with Internet and data center networks.
• Familiarity with RedHat/CentOS Linux.
• Knowledge of virtualization and container management.
• Scripting and automation skills (bash/python).
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of network technologies (BGP, OSPF, IPSEC).
