Senior Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Network Engineer will provide support for day-to-day operational tasks associated with managing an enterprise network environment, including securing and operating LAN, WAN, and WLAN services.

In Short

• Provide support for enterprise network management in India offices.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues.
• Provide support to remote sites in the APAC region.
• Manage projects and communicate status updates.
• Occasional project-based travel required.
• Work outside of local business hours as needed.
• Collaborate with global IT teams.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise networks.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Meraki and Fortigate infrastructure.
• Experience in a multi-national, English-speaking environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to visualize solutions to problems.
• Organized and deadline-oriented.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS and Azure is a plus.
• Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are preferred.
